Today i will b talking about most problematic type of skin The oily skin
i have struggled soo such with my oily skin as it is acne prone & open pores prone. Moreover T zone looks soo slippery after wearing makeup
specially in summer if you have oily skin & you have to wear makeup all day long, the struggle is real
i will discuss few hacks for oily skin that you need to know. these hacks will keep your skin flawless & shine free!

1. Deep cleansing

cleansing is most important thing in your skin care routine. If you are cleansing your face properly, it is going to remove all extra oil, sebum, impurities & residual makeup that just lodge into your pores
For cleansing the choice of cleanser is also very important. you need a cleanser that just not dries your skin, clean it & hydrate it
Don't use a cleanser that removes all of oil & make skin super dry.
cleanse your face daily. This is going to help you alot

2. Moisturizer

use moisturizer before applying makeup. if you have oily skin & you think moisturizer is going to give you a greasy look, you are wrong!
use a moisturizer that hydrate your skin. If yiu have oily skin & you remove all extra oily from yiur face by washing it, your face is going to go crazy & produce more oil than usual. so trick your skin by applying moisturizer that is not too greasy or sticky before applying your primer

3. Primer

if you have oily skin, i will suggest you to use primer & setting spray before applying makeup foundation. primer basically makes a barrier between your skin & foundation. it keeps your makeup intact for longer period of time

4.Matte foundations

if you have oily skin, you should avoid using foundations that have glowy, satin or dewy finish
you need matte finish foundation soo it lasts longer on your skin

5.Beauty blenders

Start using beauty blenders. it pushes the foundation into your skin & set it for airbrush look

6. Translucent Setting powder

you need to bake your makeup products at few areas. Use a damp beauty blender for applying setting powder
press the setting powder into your skin & this is going to keep your makeup oil free for really long time

7.Bloating papers

these are like tissue papers. if you have too much oil on your makeup & you don't want touch ups just take a paper & press it on oily area, like T zone,bloating paper will absorb the extra oil

what is the weirdest way your food order got messed up?

You ever been to a McDonalds where the manager is an ass and the employees have had enough of it?

I once went to a Coneheads that had a mass quit a few hours later. I went up to the counter and ordered lregular fries and regular coke

They took my money and a few minutes later came back with my order, which was….heavier than normal

Looks like we accidentally supersized your order" she says with a smile. I could tell from the sarcastic tone that there was no accident about it.

I returned to my table and sat down, and noticed that my french fries wasn’t alone, there was also a chicken burger in there. 

My ‘small fries’ took up an entire large fry box, and then there was about a large fries worth of loose fries in there- the entire bag was drowning in fried potato goodness.

• 3eggs 
• 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
• 1/2cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
• 12-ounce jar creamy peanut butter 
• 1stick butter, softened
• 1/2 cup multi-colored chocolate candies
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips
•  2teaspoons baking soda 
• 4 1/2 cups quick-cooking oatmeal (not instant)

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or nonstick baking mats.

In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate candies, chocolate chips, raisins, if using, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop by tablespoons 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool. When cool, store in large resealable plastic bags.

5minutes microwave cake

• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions


Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 minute 45 seconds

Vegan poutine in 30 minutes

Poutine is a dish originating from the Canadian province of Quebec consisting of French fries and cheese curds topped with a brown Gravy
here is an easy recipe for Vegan poutine


Fries

vegetable oil for frying
5 medium potatoes, cut into fries
2 cups vegan cheese

Gravy

1 1/2 cups (105 g) diced button or cremini mushrooms
1/4 tsp each sea salt and black pepper, plus more to taste
1 Tbsp (15 ml) balsamic vinegar
optional: 1 tsp coconut aminos
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable broth (you can make at home or canned)
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened plain almond milk
optional: 1-2 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce or ketchup
1 batch vegan Mozzarella “Cheese”

Gravy:

1. heat 1-2 tablespoon of oil & add mushrooms, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and coconut aminos (optional).
2. Stir and increase heat to medium high to brown the mushrooms. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until they are slightly caramelized.
3. Lower heat to low and slowly add the broth and almond milk.add cornstarch at this point whipe whisking & cook. it should resemble gravy pretty quickly and should bubble and thicken as it cooks.
4. Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until you've reached the desired consistency. Add broth or almond milk to thin if it becomes too thick
5. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth 

Fries:

1. Place the fries into the hot oil, and cook until light brown, about 5 minutes.Remove to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
2. place the fries on a serving platter, and sprinkle the cheese over them.

 Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese, and serve immediately.

chicken veggies creamy salad

Chicken, vegetables creamy salad

• 2cups diced cooked chicken 🐔
• 1 cup chopped fresh tomato 🍅
• 2-3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2tablespoons minced green onion
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 dash Worcestershire saucesalt and 
• ground black pepper to taste
• 12 leaves romaine lettuce
• 1 large avocado
• few olives

Directions

Stir chicken, bacon, tomato, and celery together in a bowl. 

Whisk mayonnaise, parsley, green onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth

Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss to coat.

Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.

they have gained hype over past few years & it may appear scary to some people who are scared of needles but others have life changing experiences

but how does it work?

The concept of derma rolling or micro-needling is quite simple. Dermaroller works by creating tiny punctures into the skin to stimulate skin repair and cell regeneration. When the body sustains an injury or wound, it heals itself by creating new collagen

•  It can stimulate collagen and elastin, which repairs skin irregularities such as scars. 
• Hair loss – It can stimulate the scalp by stimulating blood flow and producing more of the hormones required to promote hair growth and increase follicle and hair size.
• it can treat hyperpigmented areas
• stretch marks 
• fine line & wrinkles, as it stimulate collagen & elastin production & increase blood flow

Micro needling was initially done by Dermatologist or in outpatient department under supervision as it can cause irritation to skin if not done properly but now they are available in market as dermarollers

Is micro needling painful?

it is not "painful" unless you are using dermaroller of 1.5mm or above which should only by done by dermatologist
but for smaller sizes it can cause slight discomfort but it is not painful.

how to choose a size?

there are different size of dermarollers & you should choose size according to you skin problem

how long it takes micro needling to show results?

it varies!

if you are doing at home & using a safe size & amount of needles it may take 4weeks to start showing results but it works

how many times a week can i use it?

for sizes that range from 0.5mm to 1.0mm you can use it twice a week

How to do micro needling at home?

step 1:

cleanse you face using a mild cleanser. 

remove any dirt & impurities or makeup as it can cause infection and acne

step 2:

spray 75% alcohol on roller & wait for 5 minutes

step3:

start rolling it on your face in vertical direction 

cover all your problematic areas

now roll on all areas in horizontal direction 

Don't roll on same area for more than 5 times as it can cause skin irritation

step 4: 

Apply soothing oils 

Precautions:

use any sunscreen to prevent sun damage after using it 

I'm personally using this dermaroller for 2 months now & i can feel difference in my scars
