Intermittent Fasting works on the fact the after 12 hours of fasting our body start consuming fat as a source of energy soo body fat starts burning without any physical exertion
There are some other benefits of intermittent fasting. After 12-15 hours of fasting our body start producing Growth hormone which helps to repair worn out cells (isn't that amazing?)
it also decrease insulin resistance which helps reduce weight.
It helps to increase metabolic Rate
How to do IF:
There are different ways to do it
you can set your way according to ur body & tolerance level
- you can start by 15 hours of fasting & 9hours of non fasting
- you can do 18 hours of fasting & 6 hours of non fasting
- you can eat once a day
what I can Eat during Non fasting state?
you can basically have 2 meals & 2 snacks
- you can eat anything you want but if you are trying to reduce weight watch potion size & calories
- try to Eat homemade food

- avoid soda & drinks
- avoid artificial sweeteners
- Avoid fresh fruit juices
- keep urself hydrated (there will be lots of ketones in ur blood)
- if u feel hungry take hand full of nuts
what I can take while fasting?
- you can take black coffee & Green tea
- Avoid any food that have calories in it
- Your goal is to mantain ur insulin level which can peak in the presence of carbohydrates or calories
For How long I can do intermittent Fasting?
you can do intermittent fasting as long as you want. This is not a going to effect your health infact this is the most healthy way to detoxify your body
can i do workout with IF?
yes you can!
